The SimplyClear 2500 Filter & SolidFlo G2 2650 Pump Combo is a complete pond filter and pump kit for ponds up to 2,500 gallons, providing the equipment needed to maintain a healthy ecosystem, circulating water and filtering out debris for a cleaner, clearer pond garden feature. The SimplyClear 2500 Filter combines mechanical, biological, and ultraviolet filtration in a single canister. Dual-stage filter pads with alternating densities trap pond debris and fish waste in the first stage of mechanical filtration. Beneficial bacterial colonize within the filter and bio media, helping break down excess nutrients in the waterbody. As water flows over the quartz sleeve, it’s exposed to the high-output UV light that kills the green algae cells. These cells are clumped together and trapped by multi-stage filter media, providing a final polishing before the water returns to the pond. The patented easy-clean lever makes maintenance easy: remove the discharge line using the quick disconnect fitting, attach a cleanout hose, and pull the handle to release built-up debris. The backflush system helps control debris buildup inside the filter drum while maintaining constant water flow. SimplyClear filters are designed to work with the SolidFlo pump, a continuous-duty, energy-efficient, asynchronous pump with a low-profile design that pairs well with waterfalls, streams, and fountain displays. It operates nearly silently, so you can enjoy the relaxing sound of water, not pump noise. The 95-watt SolidFlo G2 2650 circulates pond water at a max flow rate of 2,500 GPH, with a maximum head pressure of 11 feet, ensuring the proper flow rate for pond clarification. The pump installs easily with 1", 1¼", or 1½" kink-free tubing or 1.5" flexible Schedule 40 PVC and is powered by an included 20-foot power cord. When using Schedule 40 PVC, a 1½" rubber coupling (not included) is required. For long-term maintenance, replacement parts are available for both the pump and filter.
