MARINE GRADE 316: 1/16 inch (1.5mm) T316 stainless steel resists rust, corrosion, saltwater and UV for year-round indoor/outdoor use. Unlike ordinary steel that rusts in humid or coastal air, 316-grade material stays smooth on decks and patios.
450 LBS BREAKING STRENGTH: 7x7 construction braids 49 wires into a sturdy, flexible core. Rated to 450 lbs breaking strength (~90 lbs working load at 5:1 safety factor) for light-duty hanging, tensioning and craft projects.
100FT VERSATILE LENGTH: One 100ft roll covers trellis, clothesline, picture wire, shade sails and craft projects, with smooth polished edges that cut cleanly with pliers and crimp without fraying.
COMPLETE DIY KIT: Includes 10 M2 thimbles and 20 M2 crimping sleeves to reinforce loops, prevent fraying and lock end stops. Crimp on with standard pliers in seconds for clean, professional connections.
WHAT YOU GET: 100ft of 1/16 inch 316 wire rope plus 10 M2 thimbles and 20 M2 sleeves. Cold working may make austenitic 300-series steel slightly magnetic - normal and harmless. Not for human lifting or dynamic loading.
