[ MUGWORT TEA ] - A traditional herb made from the leaves of the mugwort plant, which has been used since a long time ago for various purposes such as drink making, caffeine-free & pesticide-free, consume it without any worries.
[ What is the serving size? ]- Recommend 1-2 bags per cup depending on desired intensity of the tea. The recommended intake is about 3 ~ 4 glasses/day, great right before bed. If you add some honey to this tea it makes it taste wonderfull. It would be better if you drink on an empty stomach before meals because it will absorb well and more effective

Very natural grass smell and a little bitterness and sweetness flavor, it’s not overly bitter like a lot of other's mugworttea, our mugwort herb is moderately enjoyable as to scent and taste.
